The ATV tour in Costa Maya starts just a block away from the main port exit and lasts for 1 hour. During this time, your guide will take you to explore the jungle and beaches of Costa Maya, providing interesting information at strategic stops, concluding the tour at our main base.

Following the thrilling ATV experience, we offer complimentary transportation to the beach for a relaxing “beach break.” At this destination, you can indulge in a delightful Mexican lunch featuring chicken or beef fajitas. Enjoy the tranquility of the beach, cool off with two included cold drinks, and take advantage of all available facilities. When you decide to return to the ship, you can do so at your own pace; the taxi costs approximately 4 USD per person and is only a 5-minute ride from the port.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Guests sign the waiver to participate in the ATV tour.
  • Guests must be able to climb on/off of the ATV.
  • Guests with neck, back or hip ailments, have had recent surgery or are pregnant cannot participate in this program.
  • Guests under the influence, or appearing under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be allowed to operate an ATV.
  • One person per ATV, single riders only.
  • The beach do not have a life guard and swimming is at your own risk.

Important Information for Groups Larger Than 12 – ATV Tour in Costa Maya

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, our ATV tour groups are limited to a maximum of 12 people per departure.

If your group has more than 12 participants, we will divide the group into two turns.

Here’s how it works:

  1. From our booth at the port, we will provide free one-way transportation to our beach club for the entire group.
  2. The first group of up to 12 people will begin the ATV tour from there.
  3. Meanwhile, the remaining participants can relax and enjoy the beach club facilities while waiting for their turn.
  4. After the first group returns, the second group will begin their ATV tour.

Please note:

  • The transfer to the beach club is included at no extra cost (one-way only).
  • Guests waiting at the beach club are welcome to use the chairs, restrooms, and beach area during the wait.

  1. How close are you to the Carnival port? How much for 5 people but only 4 ATV I will be riding with my husband December 28 our ship ports at 8:00 and leaves at 5:00

  3. Hello so my family and friends will be on Carnival and be in costa maya and would like to ride the ATVs. how far is the location from the carnival port? and after the ATV tour and beach break how would we get back to the port?

  4. Hi, our main office is 5 minutes away from the port’s exit gate. However we have free transportation from the port to our main office. (You can find us next to the yellow cabs booth under the thatch palapa labelled Tours.) During the beach break the guide usually awaits on you and the ATVs are kept their for your return to our main office or you can be picked up at the beach on the company’s shuttle.

  5. I’m trying to find out . The age limit is started at 18? Trying to find out do y’all have double sitting? If a person doesn’t have a driver’s license because we will be there on Monday.

  19. What’s the activity level….We are a party of four, all experienced ATV riders. We did a similar tour on Cozumel and they let us go at our pace and pretty fast through the terrain. Are we limited to a slow ride through the beach or can we go at a more adventurous pace?

    The ATV tour in Costa Maya is different, they are always accompanied by a guide who gives the speed guideline, for security measures, the one in Mahahual is a coastal road with little traffic, the assistance of the guide is required!
