Can i select the time for my tour?
Yes, you may choose the time you prefer and may also choose an alternative time in the “comments section”.
Where do we check-in for our tour?
In the case of the beach break, snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving and waverunners tours the Check-in is at the main office of Tequila Beach Club in Mahahual village which is a 5 minute drive from the port. the other tours we offer outside the tequila beach club as golf carts and fly fishingschool check-in instructions come in your e-voucher.
How do we get to tequila beach?
You may take one of the transportaion vans that you find near the port Main gate for $3 U.S. or you can walk 2 blocks once you get passed the exit gate and take a taxi for $3 U.S. the price of transportaion to or from the dock is not included with your tour.(see the Maps).
When do we pay the remainder of the tour?
In the case of the beach break, snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving and waverunners tours you may pay the balance due for your tour at our office at tequila beach club. the other tours we offer outside the tequila beach club as golf carts and fly fishingschool the pay of the balance instructions come in your e-voucher. See the refund policy for ships that are cancelled.
How can i pay the balance?
Payment may be made in cash.
Are reservations required?
Tours do sell out since space and availability is limited so we recommend you make reservations for you tour. This garauntees your space and the price. It will also save you precious vacation time.
Is a refund given if the weather doesn’t allow for water sports?
Yes, your payment for any tour or activity will be refunded if it is cancelled due to weather. (see cancellation/refund policy)
How can i be sure i will get back to my ship on time?
We allow for plenty of time to complete your tour or activity. It has never been a problem nor have we ever had a client miss their ship.
